Old loves…

… die hard? Well they seem to. It is hard to forget old traditions and favorites. Yesterday I was walking around town and I found old Star Wars books for sale. They have been reprinted and were offered very cheap. I could not believe it, because I have been searching for these books for some time… I read all those books when I was younger, got them from our local library.

After thinking that I might not read them again, they were too special to leave them there. I decided to collect them. Again. And so, three new Star Wars books are propped proudly in my overgrown bookcase. And more to come. I would love to read about Jacen, Jainia, Thrawn, Mara Jade and Karrde again. And of course Luke, Leia and Han.

Yes, Star Wars was one of my first loves. And I am certainly not going to break up with it yet. May the force be with you!

Cool. I wish I get more time to read. I haven’t read anything non-fiction in months now. Star Wars is a classic, I can just imagine your excitement. I still have tons of Star Wars toys (unopened) in my storeroom.
